Every decision you make is a slice of lasagna. That slice is composed of 3 essential ingredients that don't change. But you can always add more ingredients! ...and when you do that slice will taste better, feel more satisfying and keep you full longer
For my continued examination of how we determine “yes” or “no” to something, I am interviewing one hundred people about a decision that they made that changed their life.
One reason you might say "yes" is that you worry about being asked again. Will the ask come again if you say "no"? A better question might be: “do you really want to do _____” anyway?
