Cookies. Like most websites, we uses cookies. A cookie (the non-delicious kind) is a small data file stored on your device that holds information about your use of a particular website. We do not store personally identifiable information in cookies, but we do use encrypted information from these cookies to improve your experience on the website. Cookies help us understand which pages users visit most often and whether users are receiving error messages from certain pages. Cookies provide the sort of information that helps us improve the site and make it more useful and relevant. Google Analytics. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to track and better understand our users’ interactions with the site. Google Analytics collects technical data about visitors to our site, including geographic location, device, internet browser, and operating system. Again, none of this information identifies you to us. Google Analytics records your IP address when you browse our site, but Google Analytics does not give that information to us. We use the anonymous aggregate data from Google Analytics to understand how visitors find the site, how many people visit the site, and which pages visitors spend time on and which they ignore. This information helps us improve the design and content of the website.
Your Personal Information. Anyone can subscribe to the Elizabeth’s newsletter by completing a short form on our website (located at the footer of each page). If you choose to subscribe, your data is set to an outside site: MailChimp. MailChimp is the newsletter program that I use to send the newsletter. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your personal data will remain in MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s services.
As we said at the top, we will not sell, rent, distribute, or make public your personal data.
Elizabeth M Johnson takes reasonable and appropriate precautions to protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized disclosure and to prevent possible security breaches in our system, services, and customer databases, no website, Internet transmission, computer system, or wireless connection is completely secure. As a result, I cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. You agree that your use of our website and our services is at your own risk.

All materials provided in association with this Program (the “Work Product”), including all common law, statutory and other reserved rights thereto, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights, shall at all times remain the property of Elizabeth M Johnson and Speaker and/or Author shall be deemed the author and owner of the Work Product. All Work product is provided exclusively for the Program and such Work Product is intended to be copied and provided for the sole purpose of the Program and for personal, non-commercial use. The Work Product may not be copied, sold, transmitted, or given away for any other purpose, without express written consent of Elizabeth M Johnson.
Workshops: If you need to cancel your attendance, you need to do so in writing at minimum two (2) weeks prior to the date of the program you have chosen. You can elect for a refund less a $40 cancel fee or opt to transfer to a future session.
If you cancel within two weeks of your chosen program date, you can choose to transfer your registration to a future session but there are no refunds.
In the case that the session minimum of 10 paid participants is not met, monies collected will be held for a future date.
Coaching: If you need to cancel, you must cancel in writing minimum 1 business day your session to reschedule your session. There are no rescheduling options for canceling less than 1 business day before your scheduled session.I will hold the meeting open on Zoom for 10 minutes, then close it and count that as a no-show if you do not contact me. No-shows will be considered a cancellation and as such are not subject to rescheduling.
There are no refunds or cancellations for products, privately contracted consulting, coaching or training programs that are offered by Elizabeth M Johnson.
If the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you because you are in the European Union (EU), you have certain rights in relation to your personal data, including: the right to be informed by us about how we use your personal data (that’s what we’re doing now with this privacy policy);
The right of access — that is, a right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
The right to rectification — that is, a right to make us correct personal data about you that is incomplete or inaccurate;
The right to erasure — that is, a right to ask us to delete the personal data we have about you.
